Nestled on a quiet street in desirable and safe Riverdale neighborhood. This duplex home has two separate entrances as there is a second apartment on the second floor. The main floor/basement apartment would be very enjoyable for a family or group of roommates as it has comfortable shared living and dining spaces plus a very spacious kitchen with numerous amenities. also, all the bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds for a good night sleep. New hardwood floors throughout the entire home with the exception of kitchen and bathrooms. Just a quick walk away from vibrant Greek Town (Danforth), Queen Street East , and the original China Town which all host delicious restaurants, cafes, bars, music venues and interesting stores and boutiques to explore. Walking distance to several supermarkets, mall, schools, and beautiful parks with many free amenities. A ten minute walk to Pape Subway Station, or if you prefer, take a bus around the corner to the station.
