Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage in the highly desired Lyons Bay neighborhood. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, spacious kitchen, and nice desk office area off of the living room. Conveniently located approximately one mile from beach and a short drive to downtown Venice where you will find all the shops and restaurants you could hope for. Property has large yard (plenty of room for a boat or jet ski), with washer and dryer, as well as a screened lanai and tropical landscaping.

Quiet neighborhood

Not the cleanest and we kept sweeping up dead cockroaches throughout our stay. We enjoyed the screen porch and the quiet neighborhood. Easy bikeride to the beach.

Lovely cottage close to the beach

We had an enjoyable stay. Almost nothing to complain about. The cottage is very close to the beach, approximately 5 min driving distance. Parking at the beach is free of charge. The cottage has everything you need -- a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, etc. There are no beach towels and no beach umbrellas. However, you can find a few beach chairs in the shed. The washer and dryer are also in the shed. Overall, everything was just perfect! To be completely honest, we should probably mention that the cottage is on the septic system, and that was a little surprising to us. We loved the stay and hopefully, we will be back one day.
