Relax and unwind out on the awesome three season sunroom with lots of seating! Rinse off the beach sand in the outside shower before heading in for a family B-B-Que on the Gas Grill. Kids will enjoy bike riding throughout the quiet community or take the Bethany town beach shuttle to the boardwalk for an evening stroll and ice cream! Includes 1 resident Bethany parking permits for parking at the beach. Awesome property and just the place to make those special beach vacation memories. Available Off-Season Holiday Mini-weeks off season! Extra activities for the community are $30.00 per person.
