Extremely spacious, light and airy, this 2 story, 3 bedroom townhouse is the perfect place for a comfortable, cool getaway.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, makes for easy, relaxed living. Very well appointed, modern kitchen with everything you might need for entertaining, or bbq'ing on the veranda, ample parking for 5 vehicles or 4 vehicles and the "tinny".

If you feel like venturing from the veranda or chilling in the air conditioning, it is just a short 5 minute drive to the town centre of Yeppoon where there is something for everyone! Keppel Kracken water park for the little ones, Main Beach, The Lagoon with wet edge pool and parklands, skate park, cinemas, boutique shopping, sports clubs, cafe's, restaurants and bars.

Pop over to the Marina and catch a ferry to explore the Keppel's, snorkel on the reef in crystal clear water or just lounge around at the Hideaway.

Whatever your "thing" is, when visiting Yeppoon - this is the place to base yourself, it is perfect!

Very pleasant. Great neighbourhood. Location a little hard to find as unit number is small but that is literally the only negative thing. Place was very clean, great view, quiet, spacious.
