Fully furnished with floor to ceiling sliding doors allow for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, creating an expansive atmosphere. The two Penthouses are rented together so the pool, BBQ, firepit and spa can be shared for an incredible experience.

Penthouse 1 (ground floor) comprises of three bedrooms, kids play room, open plan living family and dining with a huge terrace spilling into a beachfront pool.

Penthouse 2 comprises of two bedrooms, open plan living family and dining with a huge deck and uninterrupted beach views.

The private BBQ area and outside dining terrace are ideal for entertaining or enjoying a relaxing dinner listening to the ocean and feeling the sea breeze. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the large beachfront pool.

You can park the car in the private carpark and walk to shops Restaurants the local Club or Hotel. Or just sit on balcony and relax and enjoy views of the ocean. Unwind on the large grass area enjoying the use of the fire pit and private access to the beach or take in the relaxed atmosphere of Lennox Head - the village by the sea - with great restaurants, boutiques, day spas, sporting facilities, and fresh local produce all in close walking distance.

There is an activity for everyone, whether it's a surf of the world class waves directly at your doorstep, enjoying a coastal walk along the headland, relax in the beach front pool, play a game of cricket or football on the oceanfront grass area or to sit and enjoy a coffee while watching the Whales migrate along the coast. The Lennox Beachfront House is the perfect property for the ultimate coastal getaway.

Little piece of paradise

Overall experience was excellent. House and location could not have been better. Beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make yourself at home. Close to shops and restaurants if you'd prefer to eat out. Highly recommend.
