We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the home’s excellent location, comfortable furnishings, and the daily use of the hot tub, it really is such a relaxing feature. We’re also glad the home felt well-stocked with towels, kitchenware, and the basics to get you started. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the ants and the backyard privacy. While Santa Barbara’s coastal environment can occasionally attract ants, we do have regular pest control service and will make sure to follow up with them to help minimize any recurrence. As for the backyard, you’re correct that there is a detached studio on the property. We’ll review how this is presented in our listing and see if there are additional ways we can enhance privacy for both spaces. Your notes about the driveway and parking clarity are also very helpful, and we’re pleased to hear the welcome book provided clear guidance. We’re so glad you found the beds, couch, and linens to be comfortable, and that overall you enjoyed your stay.
