New Listing! Spacious multi level ocean front townhome
This oceanfront gem is located in quieter North OC, close to popular eateries, mini-golf, and lots of resort activities. It is also within walking distance to the bus stop where you can ride all day for bargain pricing. The lower level has a designated laundry area with a washer and dryer for your use, and access to the back sandy storage area for beach toys, the outside shower, or a ride on the swing! The next level has a beautifully updated kitchen with Corian counters and stainless appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee on you spacious deck overlooking the waves, sea life and wonderful salt air breezes. There is a dining table on the deck with ample seating, or you can relax in the rays on the chaise loungers. There is a Queen bedroom on this level with an adjacent full bath. Level 3 has two additional bedrooms and a shared full bath. The second bedroom has two pyramid bunks, each has a single on top and a double bed on the bottom. Finally bedroom three has a King bed, and amazing views of the ocean when you awake! Check your calendar and make this beautiful townhouse your next OC summer vacation destination. This property rents Saturday to Saturday.Sleep capacity:10. You can choose to bring your own linens (sheet sets and towels) or optionally rent a linen package which will be delivered inside your door upon arrival, and picked up at your departure. There is WiFi and cable in the property for your use.

Renter beware!
This property is in a wonderful location and has a larger beautiful deck. However, beware the unit is very damp and musty. The upstairs bathroom smells like urine and mildew and is incredibly tight. The main floor bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom on that floor. That bedroom had shown signs of a previous leak that became active during our stay when a heavy storm blew in. Water leaked from the deck above through the ceiling an onto the mattress. Not knowing how long or how many times this occurred prior to our stay, no wonder there was a stench of mildew. I notified the property manager who reached out to the owner. They asked if this was something that could be addressed after the end of the season. I told them it could not wait as more rain was expected during our stay. A team of four people came to work on it in the middle of the day and my family was not comfortable leaving our unit and possessions unattended so our vacation was interrupted due to this situation. I was told by a neighbor there are plans to have the roof replaced in the fall, however, the entire until (save for the new deck) really needs to be gutted and remediated.
