Un endroit où vous pourrez vous reposer, admirer la nature, confortablement installé dans une maison ultra propre, super équipée…il ne manque que vous! Activités de pleine air à proximité (située au bord de l’eau pour une baignade et kayak, quelques restaurants et des paysages à couper le souffle! Loin des grandes villes, parfait pour se ressourcer…c’est la paix garantie .

Why they chose this property
Our family loves spending time outdoors together, and the Cabot Trail provides so many stunning opportunities to do just that. From kayaking to whale watching; from hiking to bird spotting, Kingfisher Landing has it all!
Newly completed in April 2023, our home is immaculate and offers the modern conveniences of home. This 1,300 square foot property is flooded with natural light and soaring ceilings.
Look out from one of the many windows for stunning views of Aspy Bay, North Harbour, and Sugar Loaf mountain. We are nestled amongst mature trees for privacy.
Take just a few steps from the generous deck to go for a swim in the tranquil waters of North Harbour and Aspy Bay. Gradual entry directly from the property makes it easy.
What makes this property unique
The surrounding areas offer a huge variety of activities for the outdoor enthusiast - there is kayaking, whale watching, cycling, swimming, golf and hiking... or sit on the deck and watch the amazing variety of birds.
Cabot's Landing Provincial Park Beach is two minutes away, and offers a stunning 5 km of quiet, sandy beach.
Whale watching trips are less than 10 minutes away from the house, and depart daily in the summer season.
Cape Breton Highlands National Park is just 13 minutes away.
Visit shops, bakeries and restaurants in the surrounding areas. Ingonish is a 30 minute drive, and boasts world-class golfing at the Celtic Lodge. It is also the home of Cape Smokey-- with downhill skiing in the winter, and gondola rides in the summer months.
If cross country skiing is more your pace, stop by the North Highlands Nordic trails (10 minute drive) for some stunning views.
Up for a drive? Inverness -- home of Cabot Cliffs, Cabot Links and Glenora Whisky Distillery -- is two hours away.
