The kitchen has granite benchtops, 4 burner gas stovetop, Miele oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee pod machine. The breakfast bench has seating for 3.

The living room has a statement burgundy lounge with additional seats, floor rug & lamp and mounted TV.

Glass sliding doors lead out onto the breathtaking alfresco area filled with whitewash coloured dining table, several sitting areas to view the magnificent Indian ocean views across o Rottnest Island.

The striking bright pink bougainvillea flowers gives a Greek Island feel within this beachside laneway location.

Please note the low-rise fence between the neighbours so noise levels must absolutely be kept low and respectful and cease completely at 9pm.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed with built in wardrobe and bedside table with lamps. Glass siding doors from this room lead straight onto the balcony, so you can enjoy the morning sunshine without getting out of bed.

The second bedroom has a Double bed, bedside tables and a desk with chair.

My sister and I revisiting our home state
We loved the unit.. The check in was quite confronting late at night. No outside lighting… and if it wasn’t for the tennants downstairs.. I would have gone to a hotel. They were very kind and showed me where to go and carried my luggage.. They are a great asset and I couldn’t thank them enough. Everything else was perfect.. but you must address the outside light for late arrivals. We have already told friends how much we enjoyed our stay.. And we are keen to rebook . We watered and loved your plants.. And thankyou for deducting the tariff for the renovation noise.. We shall hopefully be back later this year.. all the best
