Country Living - 3 bedroom cottage

Beautiful character cottage located close to Fremantle CBD with a charming country feel.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an original Metters wood stove, although only ornamental these days.
The spacious living area opens out onto a delightful deck with plenty of space for relaxing and dining.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed with large fitted robes. The second bedroom has a double size bed, while the third is fitted with a single bed and also has a large desk if working from home is required.
Wifi and off street parking are available.

Please be aware that there is a studio adjoining the house which may have other guests staying. The only space that is shared is the entrance gate.

Please be aware that a $300 security bond is required for this property. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure providing that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.

Nice property but the house is joined to neighbours to the rear - there is a large glazed sliding door looking at their property from the living space.

Thank you for your review. We do make it clear in the listing this property is attached to a studio on the property yes. There is a large curtain that covers the sliding door and all of our guests are aware to keep that shut for privacy for both parties as there is a studio tucked away with its own seperate entrance. There is a seperate door to get to the backyard so no need to ever use the sliding door or open the curtain. The exact wording is in the listing you booked.....Please be aware that there is a studio adjoining the house which may have other guests staying. The only space that is shared is the entrance gate.
