Full kitchen with gas stove top and electric oven, plenty of space to lay out ingredients. Separate bedroom and lounge areas. Very fast internet and comfortable desk to work from.
Very comfortable bed and lounge.
Only a few metres away from one of the best grass athletic tracks in Victoria. It’s so lovely to walk bear foot on the soft track. The reserve has a walking track around the perimeter, fantastic for regular walks

What makes this property unique

The location is close enough to the cinema, cafes and restaurants, it is a 25-minute walk or a cheap Uber ride.
Otherwise, walk to the end of the street and catch a bus 3 stops and you are at the Glen shopping centre and main hub, you can get on a train from there and you will be in the city in 35 minutes.
