This beautiful 3-storey townhouse, just a stone's throw from Christchurch CBD and Latimer Square, offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Queen beds, and a sofa bed for extra guests. Perfect for family and friends, it features a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area, sun-filled backyard, 50-inch TV, bidet toilets, and high-speed internet. Enjoy a modern and comfortable stay in a prime location to explore all that Christchurch has to offer.
This 3-storey townhouse features the living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor areas on the ground floor. The first floor includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and a main bathroom, while the second floor boasts the master bedroom with a Queen bed and an ensuite. Note that the upper floors are accessible by stairs only. The lounge includes a sofa bed for a 5th guest (additional linen fee applies).
The bright and airy living area offers comfortable seating and a large 50-inch Samsung flatscreen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, with a dining area for meals. Enjoy dining out with numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes just a short walk away.
Sheets and towels are provided by Canterbury Linen Service, known for their 5-star hotel quality, ensuring you experience the luxury of professionally laundered linens.
Guests will have the entire property to use themselves and travelling companions. A keypad access makes it easy to enter the property without the worry of keys.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.

An array of restaurants and eateries a short walk from the property - The Terraces, New Regent Street, Margaret Mahy Playground for the kids, Cashel Mall for the shopping and Turanga Library.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 10 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. It's near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
