My usual routine was to wake up early and get into the gym by six a.m. One unusual morning, I was on the gym floor, groaning and shivering yet covered in sweat. I lay there alone, wondering what might be my plight. I was rushed to a hospital, and they began to go over every detail of my medical history, as they do. Then, they covered my account, family history, current symptoms, overall well-being, and state of mind.

The whole year was spent in and out of hospital, put on every drug and scan one could imagine with no findings, yet continual suggestions to try another drug at each visit. Thousands of dollars later and losing my business, I decided to take my health into my own hands.
