The gourmet kitchen has a gas cooktop, nespresso machine and a relaxed coastal vibe. The living room connects seamlessly and has the ability to sleep 1 extra fold out bed
You'll spend as much time outside as in this family- friendly entertainer. Step outside to the stunning oasis with a heated spa. Large 8 seater undercover outdoor table, or head out to the many popular cafes and restaurants in Burleigh. Walking distance to paddock Bakery, commune, Black hops brewery, precinct brewery, light years Asian diner and James street.

We have a strict no party policy or loud noise, and breach of this will forfeit bond. We value our neighbours who will contact if issue arises.
Please note: a pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000 and pets must be kept outside.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
