This beautiful apartment is set in a modern apartment building directly opposite parkland with the beach beyond and Maroochy River nearby. As you can see from the photos, this is a very stylish and tastefully decorated apartment that is also relaxing and perfect for your holiday

AIR CONDITIONING
The unit is air conditioned throughout, including the lounge, dining area, and both bedrooms there are ceiling fans in those rooms.

We have two bedrooms:
- Master - 1 x Queen Bed & Ensuite
- Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed

We have two bathrooms, with the Master Bedroom having an ensuite and there being one other Main Bathroom for the other bedroom and guests to the apartment.


Bins are to the far left hand side of the front of the building as you leave the building.

The apartment has a washing machine

The kitchen has all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays and other cooking implements.

We provide all linen, high quality bath towels, beach towels, bath mats, tea towels etc.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

The apartment patio has lovely views across parkland towards the ocean.

The apartment has access the complex pool only a short distance away. You are spoiled for choice with the pool, beach, or river all close by to cool off on a hot day

Cotton Tree is renowned for its fantastic location, with close proximity to the beach, river, cafes, restaurants and the coasts largest shopping centre (Sunshine Plaza).

Guests have sole and exclusive use of apartment and balcony. Shared use of building outdoor pool with other residents of the building.

Garage parking on ground level is provided for one vehicle during your stay. Further parking is available on the street directly in front of the building. The garage is on ground level NOT down the ramp but around the corner at the back No 16

The apartment has stair access only. There are 24 steps to the apartment front door.

Check in is easy with a key safe at the entry to the property, to which you will be sent an entry code after you have booked.
