The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine and dishwasher. This apartment has everything you need including flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and laundry facilities. The apartment is located on the corner of the 7th floor has a large balcony where you can sit and soak in the ocean views, or you can laze in the open plan living area and open up the floor to ceiling balcony doors and let the sea breezes in. The master bedroom includes a luxurious Queen bed with ensuite and a spacious walk-in wardrobe/dressing area. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds with separate bathroom and toilet.

A terrific break

Wonderful clean property, terrific location, and what was provided in the apartment regarding cookware cutlery etc. plus many other kitchen wares greatly appreciated as these are often not typically supplied in other properties. Terrific stay.

Great apartment with everything you need. Very clean and views amazing with only a short walk to beach. Secure parking great. It was difficult having only one FOB to access the lifts in secure building.

Beautifully appointed unit with water views. 5min walk to beach and surf club. The unit was very clean with everything we needed for our 4 day stay.

Hard to leave the balcony.

We loved this place. It has a decently wide balcony with lovely pie slice view of the water and an expansive view of the river, mountains and landscape of the Sunshine Coast. We are a family of readers and there were enough spots for all of us. Coffee over the road at Glass was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped, all we needed to prepare Christmas dinner was there.

Beautiful, well set up apartment in great location.

Lovely new apartment a pleasure to stay in, but no linen is provided and this is not explained in description on Stayz website. We would not have booked this apartment if we had known as for the price we could have chosen something with linen included. Information on building eg location of rubbish disposal area, pool would have been helpful.

Was disappointed that the property wasn't cleaned at all before arriving. Toilets were dirty and the ensuite bin still had used ear buds and razors in it. Even the main shower had a used cake of soap left in it. There was not a roll of a toilet paper even though the description said at least 1 roll. For a holiday home, it felt like it wasn't equipped with the bare necessities. Eg, a couple of cheap tea towels, shower mats and a few rolls of toilet paper. Property itself was beautiful and had a massive sliding door that opened and had some ocean views. killer was cleanliness.

Unclean...lovely view!

Apartment was very dirty when we arrived. Floors covered in dirt, sand, hair... lots of hair. Shower floor had lots of hair. Dust on many surfaces. Vacuum didn't work, so we just used the broom. Moving furniture or lifting cushions was a bad idea. Very glad that we had to provide our own linen because I don't think I would have used theirs. Two keys provided but only one fob (required for lifts / carpark entry), so second key was useless. Emailed property manager Saturday (long weekend). Received phone call (Wednesday) with apology but no reasonable explanation, follow up or offer of compensation. They said they would request a second fob from owner but we never heard back. All that aside, the apartment has a spectacular view with a huge balcony. The pool was lovely. Fantastic location. We still very much enjoyed our stay but having to clean the place at the start of our holiday was frustrating.
