Sleeping accommodations for 8( 3 bdrms on main level with 3pc main bath and separate master bedroom upstairs with spectacular view of the bay with 4 pc ensuite and office on upper level. A full suite on lower level with bedroom and 3piece bathroom, an additional recreation room, and Gym. The Grand Room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace and gas insert for your immediate enjoyment. The bar and dining area has Cathedral and vaulted ceilings throughout. All glass front for spectacular views of the bay. An entertainment delight with a beautiful dining area seating 10 with adjacent bar and billiard table, with second fireplace. Full kitchen stocked for a chef with granite/quartz counter tops and all stainless appliances. Complete laundry facilities on main level. Large decks surround cottage, Hot tub in fully enclosed outbuilding and wood burning steam sauna. Sandy beachfront. Enclosed gazebo over-looking pond and tiered waterfalls. The sport court (pickleball, badminton) overlooks the waterfall and bay. Large docks to accommodate vessels up to 30 feet.
Direct access from property to Georgian Bay for spectacular boating and fishing experiences.

Our family loved our stay at this high quality, well-appointed cottage with so many extras and so much to do. It's a long and windy dirt road to get here but well worth the drive.

Great stay at a Great location

An excellent stay at Ann's place. She and her partner have been great hosts and have been very availible throughout to answer any questions and for any assistance needed. Location is beautiful, with lots of outdoor space. Lots of equipment availble for kids to play with in addition to variety of water boats/gear to use on the water. Very clean and spacious interior with excellent decorations. Hot tub and and great heated sauna was a good addition as well. Highly recommend this cottage for families and/or groups of friends.

Fabulous Trip

We just came back from 4 nights over Thanksgiving. There were 8 adults and the space was great for us. The cottage and outdoor areas were very clean. The owner Ann is very responsive to questions before and during our visit. We had great weather and the outdoor areas are plentiful with an outdoor fire pit and outdoor fireplace and we used both. The only 2 things I would mention are it could use a second fridge and a larger barbacue. We are foodies and eat well on vacation and we ended up having to do our rack of lamb in the oven as the barbacue was too small. They do have a nice smoker and blackstone which are nice additions that most rental cottages don’t have. We would definitely rent this one again.

Wonderful oasis for a family vacation!

We had an outstanding experience at Ann’s cottage. So many wonderful amenities like the pool table, sauna, hot tub and water toys to keep everyone happy. The flat lawn made it perfect for lawn games, and the shaded beach was a definite highlight for our grandson. The cottage itself was well equipped including a well stocked kitchen and all rooms were neat and tidy as pictured. There were so many beautiful sitting areas outside, it was hard to pick. Ann was so hospitable and commutation was excellent from start to finish. They even helped us jump start our boat when our battery died as we were ready to leave. We were so appreciative. We would highly recommend this property. It was the best week of our summer and we have such wonderful memories to show for it! Thank you again for sharing your little slice of heaven!
