今回の宿泊は正直かなり残念でした。 まず、サイトに載っている連絡先に問い合わせても「届いていない」と言われ、電話番号も自分で探さないと分からない状態。やっと繋がっても電話対応は冷たく、嫌味のような言い方をされ不快でした。 また、ボルダリングは完全予約制で利用できる時間も18:30までと短く、観光後に楽しむことはできません。部屋にボルダリングがあるような印象を受けましたが実際にはなく、期待と大きく違いました。 施設自体のアイデアは面白いのに、対応や情報の分かりにくさで台無しになっているのが本当に残念です。
