Dining area with seating for 6 + reverse cycle air conditioning + ceiling fan. Main bedroom + large bathroom with walk in shower, large bath, vanity and toilet.
Garage has been converted into a family room with large comfy lounges and a smart TV, complete with Netflix, Foxtel, 7+ and 9NOW (TV does not have standard free to air) plus ceiling fans.
Landry with washing machine + dryer.
From kitchen step out to sunny back deck with outdoor seating, BBQ and a hot and cold outdoor shower.

Upstairs
has a second living area with lounge, smart TV (same channels as downstairs) and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Step out to the front deck - perfect spot for the morning coffee.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms plus a 3 way bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

St Georges Basin Boat ramp located at the end of Island Point Road (just around the corner)

The white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay a 10 minute drive where you will find Hyams Beach, Vincentia and Huskisson.
