This newly renovated studio apartment has everything you need for your stay. Complete kitchen, bathroom, lounge and a balcony with a magnificent ocean view!

You'll also have access to all the on-site facilities: Indoor & outdoor pool, spa, sauna, gym, games room and full-sized tennis court. You can also make use of the free basement parking. But you won't need to use it as you'll only be a few steps away from Surfers Paradise beach and Cavil Avenue.

The space:
There is an option to use the pull out sofa bed but, please keep in mind that it is a studio apartment and the living area is reduced when the sofa bed is in use.
