About this property

Charming Home Great for Families

Large family home with tonnes of amenities perfect for big families or multi-family stays.
This is our year round home we are renting out while we travel so you will find all the creature comforts from home. From the chef's kitchen with double ovens, espresso machine, dedicated bar with beverage and wine coolers, and industrial fridge to the massive outdoor deck with lounge area and play set, you'll enjoy the space as much as we do.
Our home is located in a quiet Charlottetown suburb just minutes to downtown.
Our 5 bed/2 bath home is perfect for big family vacations and centrally located.
We offer many amenities for families, especially those with young children and provide cribs, playpens, high chairs, stroller and toys for little ones. We can accomodate up to 2 babies, 3 children aged 8 and under, in addition to 8 adults/older kids.

There is a basement apartment with a long term tenant who is a veterinarian. We ask for quiet hours between 10pm and 7am so everyone gets a good night's rest.

We do have a hot tub available for use during your stay for $35/night.

My whole family enjoyed our stay at this house in Charlottetown Check-in was a breeze, the house was spotless and all amenities were as advertised We couldn’t have hoped for more and it felt like a home away from home Central location in Charlottetown and for all our destinations in PEI Groceries, liquor stores, restaurants all within a 5 min drive We were very pleased and happy to stay here and would certainly recommend it as the ideal place to stay

Exactly right for the 6 of us. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, about 2 miles from all the downtown restaurants etc, easy access to the bike/walk Confederation Trail. I especially appreciated how easily this house accommodated the 6 of us. Well thought out home, everything you might need ready at hand.

This home was a 10/10. The hosts thought of everything... extra towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc... Their instructions manual was packed with useful information and if i did ask a question, they were quick to respond. We loved their outside front porch area where we had our morning coffee and our son in law loved their hammock! I will be recommending this place. Thank you

Trip to PEI to attend the Festival of Small Halls

We are a family of 7 adults and 2 children ages 2.5 and 4.5. The number of bedrooms were perfectly adequate for our large group. Every couple (3) had a bed as well as our lone single adult. The children shared a bedroom with two appropriately sized beds without difficulty. The house was supplied with numerous toys, balls, frisbees, games, and an outdoor play set that kept our grandchildren occupied with ease! The adult beds were all comfortable and the room sizes were fine. There were two full bathrooms that were great! The cleanliness of the home was outstanding. The kitchen was super well appointed. There was an espresso machine that worked well and served our needs without a hitch. Huge refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses, and cooking utensils. There was a small fridge that was full of various sparkling water that was complimentary. There was complementary coffee provided. In the back of the house was a deck with lounging furniture and a hot tub which we made good use of. Plenty of towels (including beach towels). Washer and dryer provided. Also, communicating with the host, Stephanie, was a breeze. We used either email or cell phone messaging without a problem. Check-in and check-out was easy. The location was terrific. We were 6 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes to the historic downtown area. We made numerous day trips during our stay and no day trip was longer than 30 - 40 minutes. A great place to stay. 5 stars all the way around!
