Spacious and comfortable 2 bed and 2 bathroom unit ideally located in Richmond. Located meters away from Swan st, you will have an easy access to Richmond iconic sports venues (MCG, Rod LAver, AAMI Park etc.) and buzzing cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Melbourne CBD is a few minutes drive away, and Burnley train station (a 5 minute walk from the apartment) will take you to the heart of the CBD within 2 stops. This apartment has unlimited WIFI, Apple TV, a gas BBQ, free parking in the building.

*Potential for noise 9 am - 5 pm weekdays: there is a construction site opposite the street. The room with the desk is located on the opposite side and is less subject to noise disturbance during the daytime.
