Fully fenced yard, bring the boat or caravan & sit back relax & enjoy your home away from home!
2 separate living areas + additional living / multi use room with home office.
Pet friendly + we can offer a crate for your fur baby.
WIFI, Smart TV's + Netflix, Bath, DLUG
Washing machine & dryer, coffee machine, Airconditioning , BBQ+ more!
In a beautiful estate with playground + BBQ area.
Only a short drive to stunning beaches & local shops.
Guests have access to the entire property except for 2x white lock up storage cupboards in main walk in robe and 1x black lock up storage cupboard in the double garage.
Currently we have a small trailer stored in one corner at the side of the property out of the way.
Please ensure that all rubbish is removed from inside bins and placed in the bins outside upon leaving.
*BBQ must be cleaned prior to checking out, otherwise additional fees will apply.
Foil is best used to keep the BBQ clean, or there is BBQ cleaning items available in the pantry.
Rubbish bin night is Tuesday night.
If you have pets, please ensure they do not sit on beds or other furniture and that there mess is cleaned up from the yard otherwise additional costs will be applied.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash dishes or load and start the dishwasher prior to leaving.
Please empty fridge & bins, place rubbish in bins located near garage.
Check bathrooms & bedrooms for any personal belongings.
Please ensure all lights, fans & air-conditioner are switched off & windows shut.
Please lock all doors, leave 1 set of keys in Lock Box other with Garage Remote in Hallway black tray at front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
