this is a private bedroom , which is a separate unit of the house, with double beds in it and an ensuit bathroom, a small kitchen inside, have a refrigerator and a microwave, there is no living room for this liting.
it is in a very quiet neighborhood , great for a small family or friends vacation.
the location is great, next to our building is the old town of Niagara Falls, there have several resturants and coffee shop, and bars on the queen street. also it is easy to go every sightseeing place, only take you 3 mintus drving to the Falls, and 5 minuts walking distance to the bus terminal and train station.

The room was clean and close to everything. Host was very easy to contact. Not necessarily an issue, but the space for the toilet was a bit tight for plus sized folks. Just something to be aware of when booking.

It was same as mentioned in the website , clean, comfortable . It was very eeasy to ccommunicate with the owner and helped in check in as well. Closer to the bus route.It was a nice place to stay.

Had a great stay at this property! It was nice and private, and there was no noise from the main house, even though it was occupied.Something to note: I'm 5'7", and when standing directly under the shower head, my head touched it. If you're taller than that, you'll likely have to bend down a bit while showering.There were a few spider friends and two bobby pins on the floor when we arrived, so the space probably could have been vacuumed a little more thoroughly. That said, the property was otherwise very clean.It was really nice not having a TV or other electronics. My two little ones loved playing on the back patio, using their imaginations to create all kinds of adventures.I do wish the dresser had been more accessible. Even after moving the table, it was mostly filled with extra supplies, so it wasn't very functional for storing our belongings. However, for the length of our stay, it was perfectly manageable.One side note: if you have a rental car with sensitive backing up sensors, be aware that around 2 p.m. the sun hits the flowers just right. Our car repeatedly applied the brakes while we were backing out because it thought something was behind us!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We had some safety concerns with the unit we were in. Sign on the fridge saying not to use a hairdryer with another appliance as it will trip the breakers. Everything in one circuit.The upper kitchen area cupboards stick out into the hall. My mother hit her head on it during the night and was mildly injured.. The shower door does not close properly and caused water to leak onto the floor which caused my husband to slip.The radiator in the bathroom (old style boiler) was in the way of the toilet. Not easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. In winter there could be a safety issue from the heat as it is where you would put your feet.The pictures showed a hood fan which when you look quick assume there is a stove. There was a 1 burner hot plate only so don’t expect to make any meals.The room was clean but smaller than expected. More suited to only 2 people, not up to 4.Nice area, close to the Falls and Clifton hill; 25 minute walk

Great Little Spot!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is comfortable and super quiet! It was nice to have a spot way from the main drag and crowds. It was nice walk up the falls or a quick Uber. Only one small thing to mention - there isn't much around; restaurants and stores, if needed. But Uber Eats found us easily.

Lovely Stay

The hosts were so sweet, they greeted us and offered to help with our bags. We loved the firm mattress in the unit. It's very close to the falls and main strip. Would stay here again!
