We had an amazing experience! The place that we stayed at was awesome perfect for our three dogs! Sunrise is and sunsets were also amazing! Highly recommend staying there!
The only reason we gave them a 3 out of 5 on the check in process is because the rental is a little hard to find, and gps doesn’t take you there. Also you will hear traffic on the highway behind the property at night.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that, overall, you had a great stay. We apologize for the issue with ants and will address this to ensure a more comfortable experience in the future. We hope to welcome you back soon!
The little house was cute as pictures showed. It was right on the water as described, we attempted to fish but no bites. There really wasn't a fenced in yard as described though. Both gates were not functioning properly and there were other tenants with dogs that shared the same yard. The only specific issue was the shower drain that we fixed with a 5 dollar bottle of drano. The bathroom was quite tiny but worked for what it was needed for, and understanding this is defined as a boat house too. Our pup could enjoy the deck freely for a bit once we blocked off one side of it. Overall the price was good and we were able enjoy our stay as we visited family in the area for Thanksgiving. Also want to note that the owner was quick to fix the wifi when it randomly went out which we appreciated. Lastly, parking was a bit tight but made it work.

Completely Misleading and Dangerous
I booked this property for the view, ability to fish off the dock and the fenced in yard for my dog. It cost more than it was worth!
The view is littered with broken wood and long rusty nails on the beach. The dock that I was hoping to fish off was littered in the bay in front of the cabin. The once clear and swimmable bay is now completely dangerous and off limits. The outdated pictures show the dock as a highlight.
On top of that, the deck has of large broken pieces as well. A child or dog is not safe here! They can run right off of the deck. Even a full sized human could. This place may have once been nice but is now a hazard.
If you do have a dog, the fence is not even remotely fenced in. There are no working gates and the fence has a large opening for a human to walk through, let alone an animal or child.
The grill mentioned is an old wood grill. Must not have been used in this decade, metal rusted and bricks cracked. May be functional but I don't think it is safe or sanitary. There is also no private bedroom, it is a studio. The bathroom is small for a person who is 5'4. Couldn't wash my head standing in the shower. Bring toilet paper, just in case you arrive after a 6 hour trip and there is none in the house like we did. They offered to bring the next day but decided to come same day later on.
The best part of this property is the beach that is 3 blocks away after crossing a busy street with no cross walks. This is not a child or dog friendly environment.
