This property is adequate following the pictures and description but be aware that it is an entire apartment building and the owner might shift you to a different room based on the size of your group. The only negative would be that cigarette smoke gets trapped in the building easily, so you may need to open the windows to vent the smell if it bothers you.The view from the roof is spectacular, and the city bus is about a five minute walk from the property. There is also a combini within a few minutes, so that makes travel snacking easier. Aomori lets you use IC cards for the busses so getting around is easier but be sure to preload your card or prepare to walk to a train station. We visited in the warm months so cannot comment on the heating, but our room had a kerosene furnace so it likely is quite toasty during those months.
