Great Spot for a Girls’ Trip! What a perfect place for our girls’ getaway! With nine women and all our luggage, we had plenty of space and more than enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready without feeling rushed. The house was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable. We also loved being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants—it made everything so easy and fun. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

Perfect location while visiting Banff. We were a group of 6 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Just a few minutes walk to hiking and to restaurants and shopping. Management was very attentive when we had an issue with one of the bathrooms and quick to fix the issue. Would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay for my birthday with family and friends. The house was extremely clean and the bathroom in each room made it so easy for everyone. We loved the proximity to town but also the ease of getting to our selected hikes. The property manager was extremely helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Excellent location! Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pizza and Bow Falls river trail and to the Bow Falls Viewpoint! We never used our car at all! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The bathrooms are very small, and some had very high step access into shower. Again, if people with mobility issues are traveling with you, as we had, this was an issue when choosing bedrooms.This is an older home with great history, but easily accessible electrical outlets was a small issue. Also, all bedrooms are upstairs, no main floor bedrooms for people with mobility issues.

Three Peaks Banff

The place was perfect for our small family reunion planned around my mother's 90th birthday. Coming from different places and having everyone in one place to catch up after so many years - having breakfasts and dinners on the big table together, sitting around the fireplace telling stories - is surely an unforgettable experience. The lodge is clean and spacious. A bathroom in every room is definitely a great thing to have, no lineups for showers, #1s and #2s. It is in a perfect location where the amenities downtown are within walking distance. Recommended for any family or group that wants to spend time together in privacy.

Fantastic setup for large family a d unbeatable location

Family get together of 10 including 2 teenagers and an infant. Can not beat the location, walking distance to everything in Banff. We stayed for 4 night and had an absolute great time. Communication fantastic with property Manager prior to arrival. Was not aware from listing that their was lodge manager on site in seperate quarters. At first was a little concerned about this but Cynthia was an absolute Gem who helped and responded to stuff immediately so a bonus at the end of the day not a concern. Would not hesitate to return perfect for large groups and bonus that each room has it own bathroom and showers. Rooms all on the second floor but noise did not carry between rooms at all.

This property is well located in the city of Banff, easy to walk to most places. The kitchen and common areas are good for several people. The beds were ok, the mattresses were pretty hard, and it felt like no mattress pads were used. The house is very old and there are several windows without screens, this is a problem because there is also no airconditioning. It was 80 degrees F during our stay, and at night, there was no wind. It was hot in the house.I would suggest that this house is great for younger people who ski all day in the winter and want to come home to eat and crash. There is a nice fireplace in the common area.There was a washer and dryer, which we put to use, and that was very nice.

Absolutely amazing location in Banff. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the ski shuttle. The multitude of bathrooms were perfect for a large group. The house itself was adorable with lots of charm and very clean. We did have an issue with the door lock. The battery for the key pad died so someone had to climb through the window since we couldn’t get in contact with the host. We had to use batteries from the remote to fix it. There was also a private locked door in the living room and an extension out the back of the house. We heard people through the door and saw people walking in and out. We didn’t see that the managers lived in the house on the VRBO listing, but it wasn’t an issue overall.
