The property offers two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, two with convertible twin beds, and large ensuite bathrooms. The dining area can sit up to 10 persons.

- Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required for boutique villas and it is subject to availability of chef.
- Chef service costs THB1,500++/meal (lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++/day (lunch and dinner) and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
- Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

POOL AREA

SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE
- Laundry service is available at extra cost and must be paid at the time incurred or at the time of departure.
- Baby sitting service upon request and availability (THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required)

EVENTS
- 50 (combination of seating and standing)
- Event fees: USD 1,200 + 7% tax
- Where the number of guests exceeds 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
- Where the number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
- Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
- Pre and post event day events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax.
- Music and event curfew are until 12 midnight only.
- Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
- Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
- Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
