Huge Seaview Villa within a 5-Star branded Resort on Samui
We let our private Ko Samui seaview Villa embedded within the premise of a 5-star branded Resort Baan Taling Ngam on Koh Samui.
So you will have all amenities of the 5 Star Hotel but only a fraction of the costs. (5 Pools, private Beach with Sports Equipment, Tennis Court, Wellness Spa, Fitness Center, Office etc)
Its located in Baan Taling Ngam - the Sunset and quiet part of the Island where only the luxury Resorts are. Its located on a hill with perfect sea view from all rooms. 3min walk to the beach - or free transport up and down the hill via Buggy if you don't like to walk.
On the 1st Floor the House has has a huge Living room and a huge Terrace with a stunning sea view. Furthermore a kitchen and an extra bathroom and toilet.
In 2nd Floor are 4 Bedrooms, 2 of them with an ensuite bathroom - a 3rd bathroom is upstairs. 2 Bedrooms have a Balcony with seaview also.
The extra Apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms and a small extra kitchen is in the 3rd floor and can be booked alone or together with the rest of the Villa. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 Persons or a Family with kids There is 1 master bedroom and a Living room with two unfoldable single beds with real mattress. In general the Apartment is NOT included (Villa and Apartment are completely separated with two different entrances and not connected within the Villa - so no disturbance of privacy)
We have a Maid who comes daily for a short Cleanup. She also can make Breakfast for you with the things you bought yourself.
