Beautiful home situated on 20 acres just East of Downtown old Bend. Mountain View’s
Our Home sleeps 18 people
We are kid friendly with a game room and bunkbeds
We are Dog friendly (ONE DOG) there is a pet fee and deposit.
There is a catch and release pond with a water feature.
Hot tub on the deck with surrounding views of Mt. Bachelor, Three Sisters and Broken Top.
We strive for a memorable experience with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a game room and comfortable living spaces.

Best stay in Bend!

We had an incredible experience staying at the ranch, would recommend this to anyone! There is so much to do at the property and it’s incredibly close to town. Fantastic hosts as well, highly recommend!

My family and I love this property! This is the second time we’ve stayed here for a family getaway and had a great weekend. It is fully stocked and clean with so much to do. Highly recommend!

Christmas Family Getaway

Wonderful Stay

We just stayed here with four families. Kids ages 3-15. It was fantastic. House had everything you could need, beds were comfortable and so much space. The property was so fun! So much to do and the views were amazing. Would love to return.

Unbelievable property

This house is so perfect for large groups and families. With views of the mountains straight out of the hot tub it doesn't get much better. The game room is awesome, the pond is beautiful, and the kitchen can easily accommodate large groups. I wish we got to spend more time on property. Would definitely come back.

Fun spot for kids, dogs, and adults

We enjoyed the game room and expansiveness of the property. The ranch hand, in particular, was really wonderful to work with. She even walked our dogs for a nominal fee and was prompt in responding to all of our questions. The kitchen is well stocked and I love the "use some, leave some" philosophy of the property.

Will Be Back

I almost didn’t leave a review because I want to keep this as a hidden gem, but of course wouldn’t do that to such a great host. I will keep it simple. The website, description, and pictures do not do this property justice. Our group was in awe and are finding any reason to come back.

Great getaway but with some caveats (everything does)

The property was in a great condition overall, we had a lot of fun. I would recommend to friends and family. The only caveat though was that we saw rats, one of which came into the kitchen area. It was a cute little mouse, and without much panic, we managed to let the mouse out (or we think). But I do think some mouse control would be useful in this property, because there were so many rat poops around the property. For example, inside the hut next to the small pond area, there are so many rat poops. The lucky part was that we discovered this rat problem towards the end of our stay. :)

Beautiful Property!

The layout and style of the property were perfect for a large group of adults to relax in. Based on previous reviews, however, I did expect the property to be a bit cleaner. I swept on arrival and found more debris/pet hair than expected. It wasn’t immediately visible in the dark floors, but it was easy to see a thorough sweep and floor cleaning had not been done. Similarly, I found it necessary to wash all dishes and utensils before use, which in all fairness is a best practice in any rental location. Overall, however, the property was very enjoyable once a little general cleaning was performed. I do have high cleanliness standards, but felt a property of this caliber deserved the same caliber of cleaning.

Great house for large group in Bend outskirts!

This house was very homey and nicely secluded. It was only about a 10 minute drive from the heart of town, but just enough into the country side to feel like you're getting away from the hustle and bustle. The property is very large, no neighbors insight, but there is a ranchhand/property manager who lives on sight. They live down by the barn, so that area is off limits, but they are there in case you need something. I think its good to mention that the property manager did not bother us at all, so don't be nervous about that aspect. The house goes by a "take some, leave some" mentality, which leaves the house feeling very well stocked with anything you could need. They even went above and beyond with extra amenities like outside games set up, chairs and heaters by the pond, chocolates on the pillow, ect. The host was always very responsive with the few questions I had. This was a really great house for a big family/friend group-ample parking, large/well stocked kitchen, lots of dining and living room seating areas, ect!

It was clean, but looks like it could use some fresh love.

There were 7 couples and we had a great time but, I think the house could use some tidying up. Games and toys were left in the yard where they were dropped. Old pots of dead plants left hanging in baskets. The dish washer leaked the first night but, the caretaker told us how to stop the leaking and attended to it the next morning. The dishwasher does not do a good job and much of the time dishes had to be re washed. The oven temp is off (25*) and caretaker brought a oven thermometer to prove it. A second coffee pot would be helpful. The kitchen cabinets are labeled, that helps but, some of the drawers need to be cleaned out. When we arrived there were 7 containers of mayo in the refrigerator. Who knows how long they have been there. But, back to my original point, we had a great time and generally the house met our needs but, doubtful any of us would return.

Had an awesome time. We had 2 children, their spouses and 10 grandkids from 7 to 21. There was something for them all to do. We also had some great adventures in Bend. A big thank you to the manager and the owners. The house was perfectly stocked and laid out great.

Comfortable gathering with eight friends

Comfortable and secluded, easy gathering with eight friends for a day skiing in a day of golfing in the spring in Bend, Oregon. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. A nice game room. Comfortable wraparound couch and a great kitchen.
