Great location and the comfort of home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean, up to date, and close to everything we love in HHI. Only suggestion is signage for where the community grills are located. We will book again for sure.

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was decorated very nice and so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to fix meals. The location was so convenient to the beach, bike trails, golf courses and Coligney Square. Loved having the four bikes and beach chairs too. A great place to have a wonderful stay!

Winter getaway

It was as advertised and more. Location was perfect for us and most of all the condo had everything we needed for our month stay. Enjoyed our time at Hilton Head.

Great location, but…

Pros: -Shipyard location, small complex close to the bike path -It was nice that the bikes were provided, even though the instructions to access them were incorrect -The view of the pond from the back deck was serene -I enjoyed the provided beach chairs Cons: -It was a pain to pick up my Shipyard pass from the dark exterior of Island rentals when we got into town late -The condo was very dirty; hair everywhere, toothpaste in sinks, dirty mirrors -Coffee filters weren’t included -I reached out to the provided number to complain about the lack of cleanliness, and never received a response -The beds were rock hard -This unit was very dated

Pleasant Experience

Was pleased with the property but felt the master bathroom needed updating. Shower fixtures, mirror in tub area and lack of handicap bars should be considered in the update. Otherwise I enjoyed the many amenities of the other new updates in this property. We would definitely consider renting this property again especially since there were king beds in both bedrooms. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. Truly appreciated spice rack!
