Upstairs, the serene king suite features a walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite. Two additional bedrooms offer queen beds, and a fourth bedroom has a comfortable double — all styled in soothing neutral tones. A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located upstairs.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If you used the grill, clean it and turn it off.

Leave the garage opener on the coffee table.

Cleaners arrive ~11:30 AM. Please message us at check-out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely no illicit drugs. If any evidence is found, it will be reported to the authorities.

Neighbors must be respected — no excessive noise after 9 PM. Loud music or disruptive behavior may result in a fee of up to $200 per incident.

Please respect the home and furnishings. Damage, mess, or misconduct may result in charges for cleaning, repairs, or neighbor disturbance.

The first night I was called back to the house because there was a noise from a/c which was like a freight train running through the house!!!! When I asked for a credit for the first night; I was told everything was in order; no credit. Well we didn’t sleep that night. My husband is ill and they didn’t give a care about that!! Then they ignored my MANY texts. So, DO NOT STAY HERE BECAUSE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE & ONLY CARR ABOUT THERE !!!!!! DISGUSTING
