Compact studio recommend for couple staying a few nights or single guest. Combined living and bedroom includes a 50” Sony LED TV, full size kitchen, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The queen sized bed enables one to enjoy the included 50” Sony from the comfort of the bed and offers direct access to a small private ensuite. Set back from Hoddle by the internal staircase. Looks onto Egan Streets with low / low-medium level noise internally. Key features: Queen size bed, dishwasher.
Access to the garden area is available to guests between 4pm and 8pm daily.

Multicultural Richmond is best known for Victoria Street, or “Little Saigon”, with its bustling Asian grocery stores and eateries serving pho and bánh mì. Shoppers head to Bridge Road factory outlets for clothing, or to Church Street for furniture and design stores. Many of Richmond’s 19th-century hotels have been turned into happening bars, including the Corner Hotel, popular for its live indie gigs.
Parking We do not offer parking, however secure paid overnight parking is available at 35 Elizabeth Street, Richmond which is 450m /6min walk from the accommodation. There is also some limited free after hours street parking on New Street. Parking around the area immediate area is a mixture of permitted and times parking. We recommend that you check signage as the local council's parking inspectors are active at all time of the day and evenings. Public transport Train - West Richmond - 150 m Bus – Grey Hoddle Street Route 246 - 300m Train - North Richmond - 400 m Tram – Punt Road Stop 14 – 400m Tram – Hoddle Street Stop 18 – 500m
