The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Clarke St in Southbank. Just a stone's throw away from Crown Casino and Eureka Skydeck.

We're also a 15-18min walk to Southgate Ave and Flinders St station.

Enjoy the premiere culture destination in Southbank. Visit the National Gallery of VIctoria, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, the South Melbourne Market and more.

Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island.

There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.

We're only a 3min walk from the City Rd/Clarendon St Tram stop on Clarendon St.

Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.

Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.

Flinders St station is only a 18min walk away from us.

If you drive, we do have a FREE secured parking slot available for you.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 5 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a foldable single bed with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The 2-BEDROOM apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

The property has all essential Facilities, amazing views & is conveniently located close to transport, Woolworths on the ground floor & a great cafe across the road. All pillows are very soft, so having a couple of firmer pillows as well, would be more comfortable. Would be good having some place mats for eating meals on the glass dining table & paper towel supplied. The apartment is great having 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms & would happily stay here again. Thank you.

The property had a great view, you need to take your own towels if you want a towel a bit bigger than a hand towel. They also need 2 keys to the property as you had to always make sure you were back at the property to let people in and maybe fans in the rooms. Other than that it was a great place to stay near the Casino.

Conference stay in Southbank
Amazing views, comfortable, clean, great to have access to car park. Having Woolies Supermarket on ground floor was a bonus. Only negative, one towel per person was insufficient for a 3 night stay. Highly recommend for location, ease of public transport, well lit, safe location. Considering the traffic below, appartment really quiet. Would stay again.

Amazing 45th Floor view over South Melbourne
A great location that is convenient for all Melbourne attractions. Great that the apartment came with a parking spot. It’s not huge, but ample for a family of four. The pool is lovely on the 52nd floor, however, you must attend an induction on Tuesday evening, before you can borrow the fob (which must be returned each day). I would have appreciated a second TV in the main bedroom. Internet was great and we were very happy with our Melbourne city vacation. Thanks.
