Perfect spot for everything you need and a comfortable stay even in winter. Sean was a wonderful host and offered us maximum comfort for our stay. Definitely recommend this place

We were a group of ladies who came to Melbourne for a week for the Flower Show, Art Gallery and a day trip to Alba Spa on Mornington Peninsula. Excellent communication with Julie. Very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. Great location- tram stop outside your door. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, walking distance to trams, Southbank and the CBD. Apartment was well presented and clean, the A/C was perfect for those couple of hot days at Christmas. The Apartment is suitable for all family types, for us perfect for my elderly parents using walkers, large enough for everyone to enjoy their stay and having the balcony perfect to see the lights at night or the Hot Air ballons at sunrise. (the sun comes thru the blinds very early and bright). All bed linen & towels were supplied, walking distance to Woolworths or IGA to get supplies. Sue was just amazing...Nothing was a bother....the apartment was just what we wanted...I loved the colour scheme..the cute kitchen..the apartment was nice and clean..security was great!!!..location well what can I say..it was next to everything..The lane just down from us had an authentic Gelato ice creamery...great Japanese restaurant down the road..mainly soups..but yummo..We are coming back!!!!! Thank you Sue for looking after us just like we were family..See you soon...
