The accommodation is in a very central place, right at the Samezu train station. This makes it very comfortable. On the other hand, the main street in front of the house never gets totally quiet even at night. If you can deal with this, the apartment is perfect: It is clean, central, and the landlord is friendly and very helpful.

イベント参加の為、3人で利用しました 寝室２部屋はロックもかけられ、トイレも２つあり、 ６名くらいまで余裕のつくりに満足できました また、駅や幹線道路が近くて、立地の割に価格も安い印象でした 都内滞在する選択肢としては、かなりアリです

綺麗で使用しやすい施設でした。 また、玄関の鍵を手に入れてから、玄関の場所がわからず、少し迷いました。 大通りに面しているので、一晩中車の音が聞こえていましたが、それが大丈夫であれば快適な睡眠が取れると思います。 残念だった点として、ドアが数ヶ所壊れており、特にお風呂のドアが開けたら外れてしまう状態でした。わかる範囲で直して使用しましたが、こちらは確認しておいていただきたいと感じました。
