Emigrant Townhouse
We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in Emigrant. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. We had a few issues, but the host immediately addressed them and was very responsive and helpful. All in all it was a great place to stay, just far enough away from Yellowstone to feel secluded but close enough to drive to the park each day. Thanks so much for having us!

The property was just as described and very clean. The instruction book was very helpful and you must try the bakery. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful weekend staying here. Great location! Close to Chico, Yellowstone Hot Springs and Yellowstone Park. Had to make a last minute change and the manager was very accommodating. Lots of room and very welcoming.
Our stay here was satisfactory. There is a few issues like how the upstairs shower screams when it’s on, but we didn’t have any issues checking in and it was a very pleasant stay. Host allowed us to take our time checking out which was very nice not to have to rush out the door.

From the Owner: "Thank you for the information about the shower. We were there in May and did not hear that. We are having someone look into that and get the shower head replaced."
Good location! Girls trip and there were 5 of us. I think anymore people would be too much especially if you want to sit around the table and play games. All beds were comfy and the place is cozy. I would stay here again
Location was good. A little more attention could be given when it comes to cleaning before/after guests arrive/depart. Owner was really quick to respond to questions. All in all a good experience.

From the owner: "Thank you for your thoughtful review. We greatly appreciate your thoughts as we strive to have our townhouse in perfect order when our guests arrive. We hope you will consider staying with us again if you head this way."
We loved the location and amenities of this home. Right down the street (walking distance) to an amazing bakery/cafe and BBQ spot. Minutes from Chico Hot Springs where we spent most of our days and a couple beautiful hours to Old Faithful. There was also a grocery store with all our basic needs at the Sinclair where we bought items to cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony off the master bedroom and the kids loved the Murphy bed and guest room as well.

Not great
Let me begin by saying that the house was stocked with just about anything you can need. From bear spray, to coolers, to bandages. I am sure that some of these supplies were left by previous people who had no further use, but it was nice My disappointment was the day of our arrival, we received information that they had poured concrete for a new deck out back and front and we would not be able to use either area, nor the upstairs deck. We specifically looked for a rental that had outside areas to enjoy in the morning or evening. I don’t think either of these projects were emergency repairs and should have been scheduled at a time when the property was empty. So this was very DISAPPOINTING. And it was extremely rude in my opinion and not good customer service. Do nonessential work on your own time.

From the Owner: "Ardith, thank you for your review and for sharing your thoughts. We truly regret that the concrete repairs had to take place during your visit. The tiles in the back were breaking apart, and we felt it was safest to address the issue right away to prevent any risk of a guest being injured.
We hope you enjoyed the meal we provided for your family as a small gesture to make up for the inconvenience. Hopefully, you were also able to move the outdoor chairs to the lawn and still enjoy the backyard and beautiful views.
Your feedback is appreciated, and we’re glad you chose to stay with us."
