Centrally situated in Caboolture, with only a short drive to Central Lakes shops and nearby hospital. If you are wanting to find activities, Aussie World, the famous Banana Bender Pub and the Australia Zoo are very close by - only a 30 minutes drive. If you are looking to do a walk or hiking trip, the Glass House Mountains are close by as well. If you are needing some downtime the front deck provides sun, sheltered, comfortable outdoor seating to relax in.

Lovely cozy house

The property was clean and super cozy, it felt like we were at home. Super easy check in process, the floors creak a little but it didn’t bother us. The bedroom was big and bed was super comfy. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. We really had the best time here.

not clean !!

after travelling for most of the day and looking forward to a nice comfortable stay, the scene that greeted us was more than dissappointing. linen not changed, towels not changed, dirty laundry everywhere, bathroom filthy, kitchen a mess, we where forced to share a towel after a shower and sleep in unclean beds. we contacted the host that evening but got no reply until further contact was tried again the next morning. they expressed their apologies and stated the cleaners would rectify. the cleaners arrived late morning and then proceeded to not let us in until they finishied, which was mid afternoon. this thoroughly inconvenienced us as we were there to visit my dying father in the hospital and had relatives arriving that day, who had to wait for hours before freshening up to visit the hospital. we expressed this to the host more than once as the reply was not forthcoming, in fact took a few attempts, and asked for compensation for the inconvenience, the host refunded us the fare of one night. however considering the additional charges like booking fee and cleaning , the per night price and fare for one night differ. when this was expressed to the host, there was no reply. so, reveiw of the accomodation, seems nicely renovated and is close proiximity to the hospital. however, the hosts communication was poor to non existant, the accomodation was filthy and i would not rely on them to have it ready for visitors, also the locality is quite suspect. choose cautiously !!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication in the office and with a previous last minute booking at this property, the cleaners were not advised that this property required cleaning prior to you booking the property for your sister arriving on Friday night. We received a phone call which was recorded as being received between 11.30 and 12.00 midnight. We contacted your sister first thing on Saturday morning to apologise. Your sister sent photos and confirmed that the two single beds had not been slept in and that they were able to use them. We arranged for our cleaners to go in first thing Saturday morning. The cleaners would have been there for a maximum of 2 - 2.5 hours. This was obviously an error in our system and we immediately reimbursed you for one night's stay. We are not responsible for any service fees that you paid Vrbo but refunded you one night's stay for the inconvenience caused. From the text message we received from your sister you were arriving at 11.00 am and the cleaners would have almost completed their clean by the time you drove up from Brisbane. This was completely out of the norm for our company and once again we apologise for the inconvenience. We rectified the issue as quickly as we could. This is the first time that we have missed a clean and human error was the cause of the problem. The property is situated within a few minutes drive of the Caboolture Hospital and is well patronised with good reviews.
