Vacation Ruined

The property canceled last minute and did not call. They sent an email, which I was driving and couldn't check. When I called in they explained the situation and they strived for a 4-star experience but told me sorry we can't provide any help. I had to find a place to stay last minute and couldn't in the area we originally planned. Evolve is the worst, they couldn't be bothered to help in any way. I will make sure everyone know how they treated my family and will make sure no one does business with them.

Perfect!

There are so many words to describe our stay but one word covers it all - PERFECT! We cannot say enough about the property as it was amazing in every aspect. First of all, it was very clean, probably the cleanest rental we have stayed at. Every detail was well thought out and we certainly didn’t lack any amenities. The game room was a hit with a fun disco ball to add to the atmosphere. Alexa controlled LED lights, locks, and music with hints and commands throughout the house to help navigate the technology. The family enjoyed the Party mode which started music and lights. The rooms were nice sizes, especially the master bedroom, and beds were comfortable. Showers were good, hot, and plenty of towels for the entire family. The hot tub was well maintained and perfectly located on the lower deck with outstanding views. Towels were provided for the hot tub which was nice and you can connect your music to outdoor speakers easily to add to the fun. Now let’s talk about the views - simply breathtaking! Million dollar sunset views are amongst the prettiest I’ve ever witnessed. Even the drive to the house had amazing scenery. Every kitchen appliance was available and plenty of dishes to last for days. The huge 82” TV in the main living room was great to turn on when unwinding after a long day with awesome sound and every streaming service that we needed. The location is very convenient with shopping, groceries, and town only a short 15 minute drive away. Plenty of nearby towns to visit for shopping, eating, tubing, and fun. Don’t skip on the waterfalls! So beautiful! We even visited an alpaca farm that was nearby. Last but certainly not least, the communication with the owners/management was world class. Prompt responses and outstanding service. Do yourself a favor and book this property for an amazing time! You won’t regret it.
