Perfect for a large family holiday! Welcome to The Sundowner! This homey house will have you coming back for more! Offering closed in yard with a bbq and outdoor setting, it`ll be the perfect spot to watch your kids play on a warm summer day.
Just enough away from the town centre to not let the traffic bother you, but just close enough to not feel out of it. Only 2.3 kms away from the Castletown Quays Beach and 3 kms away from the Lucky Bay Brewery. Don`t worry if you forgot something, Castletown Shops are only 2kms away, here you`ll find the IGA Xpress, BP Fuel Station, Castletown Liquor, Chemist and a few more.
The property sleeps 10 people. Large 4x2 home, with 3 queen beds and 2 single beds that each have pull out mattress`s underneath. Open plan living, dining and kitchen and separate theatre area. This property also has wi-fi available! With a washing machine and dryer available for guests. Pets welcome, OUTSIDE ONLY.
