Farmhouse with waterfront!
Have the best of both worlds! This charming 2 bed, 2 bth farmhouse sits on 92 acres of privacy. Enjoy the quiet other than the odd "moos" you will hear from the nearby cattle grazing in the fields . The primary bedroom has a king bed, Enjoy watching movies on the 42 inch wall mounted Smart TV with your choice of Netflix, Sportsnet1, Prime, and Apple TV. The ample sized living room provides plenty of space for the family with an additional Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Outside, you can enjoy the wraparound partially covered deck complete with seating, an umbrella, and bbq.
Just a short stroll down the long driveway takes you to the private waterfront area complete with gazebo, bbq, and large dock. The waterfront continues to offer privacy. Families of all ages will enjoy the small sandy beach areas for younger children while older children can enjoy jumping off the end of the dock. Two kayaks, a canoe, and rowboat will keep everyone busy for hours of fun on the water!
