The Regal Beach House Estate overlooks beautiful Lake Erie--The private beach is approximately 1.5 minute walk from the Beach House!

Embrace the calmness of your feet massaging the warmth of the sand. Feel the cool lake breeze brush against your cheeks. Relax in the cool, sparkling, blue, crystal water. Ah! You so deserve it. Later, prepare for breathtaking sunset views with that special someone or with your family and friends.

Our air conditioned home has an amazing Great Room filled with an abundance of light beaming through French windows, a massive unique bamboo fan and a walkout to the wrapped balcony. The Great Room/living area boasts two large, comfy, double sectionals. Be comforted knowing that many stories will be remembered, games will be played, songs will be sung...and maybe even a wedding proposal-- while gathered around the fireplace or enjoying the sunset.

We can accommodate up to 9 people. We have a total of 4 beds + 1 pull-out for two people. So leave your work and worries behind, kick your feet up, enjoy and BREATHE!

Handy RBHE binder to help you navigate our home and the area readily available on the kitchen counter.

EV supercharge is available 3 mins away. You will be able to plug in your vehicle and enjoy the shops and the harbour!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Clean stove and air fryer if used.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Noise is at a minimum at 11pm. Neighbours will call authorities after this time loud noise ensues.

Max: 2 garbages/recycling or $25 per extra bag. $100 for overfilled garbage. 2. Please dump your extra garbage at 330 South Edgeware Road, St. Thomas.

Great Lakeside retreat!

Beautiful house with great easy beach access! Covered deck with gas fire and hot tub made for relaxing evenings and great conversations with friends. Lots of little extras made our stay so comfortable ♥️

Renter’s Beware !!!

Great location, close to beach but no private beach as stated.Although the house was big, cozy and well decorated it was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and general upkeep.example …broken screens , kitchen ceiling leaking , sticky cupboards a fridge and freezer full of old past date food a mouldy deck with a BBQ that was almost a fire hazard, didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned! Overpriced for a “luxury estate “ Hidden fees that were brought to our attention every saterday morning at 5am . Ex. Fees for using extra garbage bags i believe it was 2 per stay or fees will be applied.Property stated pet friendly with no extra fees but host tried to charge 630$ extra , wine fridge in kitchen was semi stocked with beer and one bottle of wine that had leaked throughout the entire fridge , price tags on all! Felt as if host didn’t believe me when i explained about the bottle and the mess and how the house had not been cleaned before stay. Mouse droppings throughout home, dead bugs in every corner and unwashed toilets. Host offered to send someone to clean, but after moving everything inside up 3 flights of stairs i was not wanting to be put out for hours waiting for someone to clean when it was supposed to be ready!! Three weeks after leaving host tried to charge is for a misplaced carpet, It just never ended! Not worth the price for all of the inconveniences. The place is always available, there’s a reason! Renter’s beware

In our initial contact with the guest, he continued to ask for a discount. He booked for 2 people. We became aware that he had brought 5 additional guests (his 4 kids and a senior parent). *We do not have additional charges for 7 guests. We were also aware that he brought a big dog with him at check in which he never mentioned or added when booking. When questioned about it, he claimed there was no place on the platform to add a pet and further stated that they didn’t bring the dog initially (to avoid extra charges). He later asked for us to extend his visit a third time because the kids were enjoying the private beach. At this point, we didn’t feel comfortable with his many omissions. *All fees are listed on our description. *Our home is professionally cleaned before each stay. A cleaning team was immediately notified. The request was refused by the guest. *There is a beautiful, private beach called "Little Beach” 30 seconds away. *Our home undergoes regular pest control. *Upon inventory check, our $200 seagrass rug was missing immediately when they left and screen door was ripped. We strive to provide a welcoming and transparent experience for all our guests and appreciate the cooperation and honesty from everyone we host.
