The sofa in the lounge room can be converted into an additional bed for extra guests so please advise prior to booking if you require this set up.

Open plan living/dining/kitchen opens up onto a balcony with stunning city views where you can watch the NYE fireworks or gaze across beautiful Melbourne's landmarks.

Children: Our apartment is child friendly. Please supervise children at all times when using the balcony. We can supply a cot/highchair with a fitted sheet, so please advise if you require this.

Pets: We love pets so your well behaved furry friend is welcome at an additional charge so please enquire how we can best accommodate you and your pet.

Parking/transport: There is metered street parking in Pelham St & surrounding streets plus an all day parking lot just a short walk away. At the time of your booking we will advise the closest parking spots for you. There are also trams right at your doorstep.
