This is a very comfortable appartment in an excellent location just a couple of blocks from Lygon St/Carlton. Very nicely presented with comfortable beds, excellent for families.

The property was located close to Lygon Street, walking distance shops/cafes/trams. The Apartment itself has everything and more that you need, very clean, maintained and quiet.
My sister, mum and I stayed here and throughly enjoyed our time here together, was only a short trip but would definitely return with my family.
Great stay. Had a minor issue with a cleaner in the building taking our allocated parking spot which was an inconvenience as long term street parking in the area is an issue. Otherwise, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Will be back.

Roomy convenient apartment in a peaceful location. Short walk to Lygon Street restaurants and parks. Good tram service but also car access. The apartment is well equipped and pleasant. Everything worked. We loved it.
It was my family's first time in Melbourne and we really enjoyed our stay with Cosmo Stays. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for us. Carlton was a great area that is less busy that the downtown core but still within walking distance to the CBD. Checking in and out was a very easy process and the communication from Amanda was almost instant. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely come back to stay when we return to Melbourne.

Great, compact unit which was perfect for our stay. Garage was a big plus as parking is a nightmare in Carlton, and internal lit was a plus. Great location with Readings bookshop, the cinema, shopping and a Woolworths on your doorstep as well as great coffee and dining options.
Easy tram access to the city, Vic Markets, MCG etc.
The owner was really easy to deal with and there was a very relaxed feel to the whole process.
Will definitely stay here on future trips to Melbourne.
Excellent property close to Lygon Street and the University
This is a new apartment. It was well furnished and appointed for our needs. It was only a 5 minute walk to a number of great restaurants on Lygon Street and a similar walk to the North end of the University of Melbourne. Although we didn't use the trams, there were stops close by as well. Everything was as the property owner indicated it would be and check in and check out was smooth and easy.
The apartment lived up to all expectations - spacious, comfortable, modern, well-equipt and quiet on a lovely tree-lined street.
Thought has gone into visitors' needs. Nothing was missing.
The location is great, easy walking distance to trams to the city and Lygon Street's shops and restaurants.
I would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks again.
Modern, quiet, fully equipped, inner city apartment
I stayed here with a friend and our two teenage girls for the Taylor Swift concert.
It was the perfect place for us with two bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking a quiet street in Carlton.
It is a short walk to the heart of Lygon street and multiple transport options and walkable distance to the Queen Vic markets.
It is very peaceful and comfortable, fitted out with everything you could possibly need, including a secure underground parking space.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely, clean, modern, home away from home in Melbourne.
Was a nice apartment in a convenient location, but unfortunately the apartment had only the obvious areas cleaned with some areas untouched for a very long time. I told the manager and she refunded some of the payment as a gesture of goodwill and did offer to come and clean.Communication and responsiveness was excellent so nothing that can't be fixed for future guests as everything else about the stay was very good.
