Great getaway.

This house had been remodeled recently and everything looked new. None of us were familiar with the area but found it very easy to find our way around. The Patriot Family Home team were always helpful and answered calls and promptly. We will most certainly use Patriot Family the next time we need a short term rental.

Statesville

Property was very clean, sleeps 5. The upstairs queen bed was comfortable. The blinds were transparent throughout the house making privacy a concern in the evening. Parking and entrance to the house is from the rear and easy to access.

Duathlon in Statesville

Our family competed in a Duathlon and stayed together the night before, and the night of the race. The house we rented was perfect in many ways for our stay. A few bedrooms upstairs, a bedroom downstairs and an adorable living room. It was close to the activities and in a quiet neighborhood. We did have to contact the property manager to get access because the code wasn’t working and we had a tough time getting access to WiFi. The property manager was VERY accessible and was speedy in getting us what we needed. We would recommend this as a place to stay if you are ever in the area!!!

The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. No complaints If we could make a suggestion, it would be to give more details in the check-in information such as you have to enter from the rear of the house and park in the rear which means driving down the side street to enter. It is a little confusing because it was dark.

We found the property clean and neat. Sleeps 5 people, not 6. There was only one towel & one wash cloth per person; so we had to do laundry since we were staying two nights.
