House is in a great location, short walk to the square. Well equipped with comfy beds. Lovely and private, the spa is great. Wifi doesn't seem to be configured correctly as no one could connect to it, luckily the TV is connected via a cable so that worked.
Lovely holiday home, within a short walk to town. House was very comfortable, spa was great. Heat pumps and a fire, which was cosy. We wouldn’t connect to the internet, but the tv could. It was odd, but we just used 5G. Would be useful to have paper towels and spray n wipe supplied to help clean any kitchen spills etc.
We had the perfect base for our Martinborough visit. The bed was super comfortable, great shower and lots of hot water. Very well equipped with everything. Loved the space and inside/outside balance. 'Hot' tub (because we dialled the temperature down,) was a great relaxer at the end of a day of exploring and walking. We would happily stay again. Few things needed attention but property agents responsive to contact.

Disliked: Cleanliness
House great but terrible smell which got worse.
Unfortunately there was a terrible smell when we entered the property which got worse over the weekend. Property manager alerted but no resolution or alternative offered. Unlikely a pre-inspection done as the smell would have been very obvious.
Great property location, gardens and verandahs to relax in and on.
Kitchen utensils sadly lacking and the only downside.
Needs replacement tea cups (cracked or chipped), plates, no coffee plunger, no bread knife, not enough tea towels (two!). Tin opener didn’t work (replaced with new).
Pegs for washing line lacking (only 10 max) and not enough for family washing.
Other than these everything else was wonderful.
Thx Nik
