Book, Wine & Sinker is the ideal family holiday escape located in the tranquil fishing village of Patonga Beach. The property is located a 2 minute walk from both the beach and Creek which is great for kids, families, water activities or simply relaxing in the sun with a good book or fishing line. We have provided 2 kayaks for use alog with childrens life jackets.

This beautiful property offers large living spaces to accomodate your whole family including fur babies! Inside and outside dining spaces. Kitchen area with gas stove and all you could ask for to cook up a feast for the family.
The back undercover and screened outdoor deck has a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating for 8 where you can watch the kids have a blast running around the backyard. Front deck with 2 seating areas to sit and watch the world pass by.
The property is disability friendly and offers great access as well as wide hallways and inclusive bathroom facilities.

Master bedroom contains a queen bed, built ins & ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed, built ins & ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 contains double bed, built ins and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds, built in and ceiling fan.

Good sized for group beach getaway

We thought the property was a great size for our group, with great set up for outdoor meals! Love the enclosed patio! Our dog had a good stay too! Instruction detail was good. Although we had trouble with the amount of toilet paper provided for our group size, as well as not enough towels provided. Great location.

A great place to stay, especially dog friendly - close to the water Good facilities in the house, fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor area One small glitch - dirty wet towels left in the bathroom (guessing by accident) Also security cameras were a surprise and unexpected We'd stay again

A beautiful break

What a lovely place to stay for a short and sweet family holiday including one special furbaby. The house is well equipped and was spotless. It is in a beautiful quite street and it really is so very close to the beach and the river. Directions were clear to find the keys and the explanations for everything in the house were easy to follow. We especially loved the back verandah area which is fully flyscreened. It was a wonderful place to sit and feel the breezes while being out of the sun and relaxed. Would absolutely stay again.
