Fabulous for a family escape from the city. WIFI and Air conditioning available, 2 bedrooms, polished floorboards, cute kitchen, verandah with water views. Pet friendly, TV, DVD, slow combustion fireplace and lovely back yard with cubby house.

Location
The public jetty and new boat ramp are just 50 metres away, to suit boating or fishing enthusiasts. The park, children's playground, tennis court, and swimming baths are just a short walk away. The Palm Beach Ferry Service calls at nearby Wagstaffe wharf, with a stop at Ettalong. Beautiful Bouddi National Park runs along the ridge and provides many picturesque walking tracks. Killcare/Putty surf beach is only a short drive away, with the Killcare beach rock pool providing a safe area for young children to enjoy the water. There is a selection of excellent restaurants and cafes at Hardys Bay, along with general store/ bottle shop, a hairdresser/beautician/day spa and the Hardy's Bay Club. Supermarkets, specialist shops and cinema are only 10 mins away in Ettalong or 15 mins to Woy Woy or Kincumber.
