AMO - Beachfront - Island Realty

This newly constructed beach home has everything required for a beach family vacation. It is located right next to crossover #3 Jean Lafitte Lane for quick beach access. This location also offers a hot tub on the porch overlooking the gulf of mexico and lots of new amenities to offer a family. Great seating area with high table tops, picnic tables along with extra tables and chairs for outside gatherings downstairs along with an enclosed shower to rinse off from enjoying the Gulf of Mexico beach. Perfect place for those wanting to be close to the Hurricane Hole, its a short walk! Nearest golf cart crossover is right on side of camp #5.7 Jackson Lane.

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE. Visit https://townofgrandisle.com/ for updates.

Perfect

This camp was exactly what we were looking for! It was our 10 year anniversary and we wanted a hot tub on the beach, and it was exactly that! I loved drinking coffee on the hammock in the morning and the area had just enough privacy for us. Not too close to neighbors and right on the beach. The camp was very clean and the bed was super comfy! I love the bed spread/comforter...I'd like to know where you purchased it..I want for my bed! Will definitely come back to this location, maybe with my 3 boys next time!
