This set of three, private & fully self-contained villas is perfectly located in the Agnes Water precinct where you can enjoy local cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops and just a 300m stroll to Agnes Water beach. Enjoy your romantic spa situated on the private enclosed louvered veranda set amongst tropical gardens enjoyed by native birds.

Last-minute 1 night stays are available by calling

Each charming 1 bedroom character cottage is simply perfect for the single traveler, romantic couple or if you are looking for somewhere your special pooch to stay with you. Perfect for a weekend away or a longer sojourn.
The 3 cottages each offset & booked separately, are fully self-contained, air-conditioned, spacious one-bedroom, with a separate ensuite and a very private spa located on an enclosed louvered veranda. Each villa has its own enclosed deck with a barbecue.

Rooms are bright, light, and airy, self-contained kitchen & living room with comfy couch, TV. Spacious One-bedroom with King-size bed & adjoining bathroom.

The good news is most pets are welcome and inside We understand that it is difficult to leave your pets at home while you go away, so now you can bring them with you. Just advise details on your booking. Please note the villas or garden areas are not fenced.

Sunbird garden 1

Took the Mrs away for her birthday and Valentine’s Day she loved it the spa was great and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on. Only small issue was five remotes and only 2 working batteries and forgot to get more when we went out. Would definitely recommend and stay again

It was such a nice experience, and I loved it was pet friendly.I only would recommend to put the tv at the front of the bed. The couch was not very comfy. Maybe just for one person but we were 2.And please provide more wipes to clean the barbacue. Besides that. It was a very nice place to stay.
